Did you ever stop to think

Did you ever stop to think that the problem is not IBM sales and marketing but with whoever is in charge of the whole thing? Do you expect IBM to come and bust down doors if they have made overtures to come in and talk with those powers that be but were rejected anyway? IBM can offer but if the people in charge refuse to meet or are unwilling to listen to IBM what is IBM supposed to do? I am not saying that is the case but did you even stop to think that it may be the case???
I talk from experience. IBM is willing to come in and talk to a SMB but the "powers that be" refuse to listen. For all you know it can be a political decision in your situation just like it is in mine.
